Healthy Care Academy’s mission is to inspire carers at every level in Social Care to take control of their health and wellbeing, encouraged and understood by their Healthy Leaders.
Integration of good physical, mental, and nutritional health set within the context of a healthy cultural environment leads to improved productivity and performance. Participants will improve their overall personal and work productivity and performance whilst ensuring that they do not compromise their selfcare, the care of their colleagues, or their organisation. Healthy Carers will be in a much stronger position to care for others.
